It’s easy to look at soccer with over-paid players getting up to bad behaviours. It’s easy to look at the diving and cheating, or surrounding a ref to influence a decision or any other number of things demonstrating that integrity may not be a built-in feature of the game.

But then again, we can look at people like Jermain Defoe who became friends with Bradley Lowery, a terminally ill child who sadly died last year. Defoe became close friends with Bradley and his work to help under-privileged children through the Jermain Defoe Foundation has earned him an OBE.

Finally, the Premier League have announced winter breaks. Common sense all around really, and with games still being played people are still able to sit in front of the TV and watch high quality games. Or… You could find your local team and go support them.
