15% Off Cleatskins – Mbappé – Friendlies – MLS/SNHU/USO – Fixtures
Mbappé has become the youngest player to ___________ (fill in the blank). What a talent and playing so freely in a team that is fun to watch. There is an element where you feel the tactics come from that over-zealous dad who coaches his kid’s U8 team with the tactic of putting the big kid up front and lumping the ball forward because wins are more important than development. However, take nothing away, this kid is a huge talent and will hopefully be around for a long time.
In the UK friendlies have begun and there are a ton of non-league teams showing off new signings, having community events and offering low-cost season tickets. Find your local team and see how you can support the game at grass-roots level.
MLS has teamed up with SNHU and OSU to launch Operation: Back of the Net. An amazing cause and you can learn more from the link.
Major League Soccer has partnered with Southern New Hampshire University and the USO to launch Operation: Back of the Net, an initiative to raise funds for and honor the men and women who selflessly serve our nation. For every goal by a U.S. based club between June 30 and July 4, SNHU will donate $3,000 to the USO in support of transitioning service members.
So here’s the deal – with the US not in the World Cup, get out there and support your local MLS team (if you have one), make some noise and encourage some goals! You can find the schedule HERE.
